I've started having this happen to me in the last several weeks. It will just do it out of the blue for some reason. No idea what causes it, but as someone else stated, it only seems to happen when I have the chat window open. I just minimize it and eventually it goes back to normal. I don't talk a whole lot since I usually run with hench and/or with my fiance; thus I don't really use it.

Yeah, I've seen it too. Either white lines, or the chat not filling up the bottom section of the chat log.
I've only ever seen it when I was both standing in a busy town like LA 1 and had my chat window set fairly large in my interface settings. I could never fix it with anything short of relogging. |

It happens to me all the time.. I'd like for this to be fixed but I've gotten so used to it by now it's almost second nature.
